According to Article 4 of Circular No. 04/2012/TT-BXD dated September 20, 2012 of the Ministry of Construction stipulating that in order to export stone products as building materials, the following conditions must be met:

1. Minerals on the list of minerals permitted for export.

2. Minerals of origin: "Minerals are extracted from mines with mining licenses valid at the time of extraction and licensed by competent state management agencies...".
